With over 16 years of experience in DoD engineering and construction projects, the FPE has been involved in a variety of Fire Protection system projects ranging from BEQ's up to AFFF systems.

- 1級管工事施工管理技士 (1 Kyu-Kankoujusekoukanrigishi) by the MILT Japan

- 2級管工事施工管理技士 (2 Kyu-Kankoujusekoukanrigishi) by the MILT Japan

- Registered Mechanical Engineering by the PRC Philippines
